From infrastructure to homebuilders to tradesmen to the companies who employ them, our local workforce are truly the heroes who both build and work in Conway and Faulkner County and keep it all running smoothly. 

We celebrated these workforce heroes on October 21 at The Rogue Roundabout at the ASI (American Safeguard Insurance) Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards presented by First Arkansas Bank & Trust.

Criteria:
The qualifications were simple. The individual or company met the following criteria:

• An individual, employee, or company who is a current member of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
• An employee, individual contractor, or company located in Faulkner County.
• Have made an impact on their company or community.
• Shows potential to be a leader in their industry during the next decade.
