The American Safeguard Blue Ribbon Workforce Awards, presented by FAB&T, recognize individuals from a variety of industries, including agriculture, construction, industrial supply, manufacturing, skilled trades, and utilities, as well as company of the year. These are the people who build and work in Conway and Faulkner County, and have an impact that is often missed.

• An individual, employee, or company that is a current member of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce.
• An employee, individual contractor, or company located in Faulkner County.
• Have made an impact on their company or community.
• Shows potential to be a leader in their industry during the next decade.
