Launch Conway is a hands-on career expo for 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. Students explore many of the careers available in Central Arkansas by visiting with area employers.  Exhibitors are expected to provide interactive programming that encourages students to consider pursuing high wage, high growth, high demand occupations in our region.
