The Conway Area Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the Insight Diversity in Business Awards, presented by Conway Corp and Turbare Manufacturing. This annual celebration highlights businesses, organizations, and individuals who are breaking barriers, leading with purpose, and making Conway stronger through diversity and inclusion.

These awards honor underrepresented business enterprises owned or led by African American, Asian American, Hispanic American, Native American, and Pacific Islander leaders, as well as veterans, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and individuals with disabilities.

Who Can Be Nominated

Eligible nominees include business owners, executives, employees, nonprofit leaders, institutions, government representatives, and more. Nominees must be members of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and making a meaningful impact in our community.

Award Categories

• Lifetime Achievement Award: Celebrates excellence, leadership, and lasting contributions to business development.
• Business Executive of the Year: Recognizes leaders shaping a stronger business climate in Conway.
• Outstanding Young Professional: Honors leaders ages 21 to 39 who are committed to both business success and community service.
• Business of the Year: Highlights a business whose practices have made a significant impact on the community.

Nominate by Oct. 3
